Overview

Are you passionate about bringing people together and making sure everyone feels connected? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Personal Assistant to join our TFG London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate across our business, while also providing essential assistance to our leadership team.


What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of people and communications and executive and administrative accountabilities including:

* Connecting our people by coordinating key internal events like Conferences and Town Hall Meetings, helping to ensure our people feel heard and valued across all brands.
* Providing essential administrative assistance to two of our Executive Board members, this includes managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling their email inboxes and expenses when required.
* Assist the planning and delivery of all internal communication activities, writing clear and engaging copy for newsletters and announcements, managing our content calendar for various channels, and creating simple graphics to make our internal messages pop.
* You’ll be the go-to person for our Executive Assistant to the CEO, deputising for them when they are out of the office and working closely with our finance team to manage budgets and invoices.


Who You’ll Be

As the Junior Personal Assistant, you’ll be highly organised with a strong interest in people and communication. You’ll thrive on managing different projects at once and will be known for your high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Passionate in fostering an inclusive work environment and quickly building strong, working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business will be second nature.

This opportunity would suit someone who is proactive and collaborative, with experience in a communications, PA, or previous administrative role.
