We’re looking for a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong commercial awareness, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
In this role, you’ll manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from start to finish—supporting cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing in this role:
* Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cash flows
* Procure subcontractors and suppliers, manage tendering processes
* Administer contracts including valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Maintain accurate cost reporting and contribute to monthly project reviews
* Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company obligations
* Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
* Assist in value engineering processes
* Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients
* Attend site and progress meetings as required
What you'll need for this role:
* Full UK driving licence (for travel to project sites)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar QS role
* Strong knowledge of procurement, commercial reporting, and standard construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC)
* Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Excel)
* Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
