Job Description
Join our team at Jump Inc. and help create an exciting experience for our guests! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the following roles: Receptionists, Court Marshals, and Cafe Assistants.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist all customers entering the park.
2. Engage and interact with customers to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
3. Explain the rules at each station and answer customer questions.
4. Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and maintain cleanliness throughout the park.
5. Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety for both customers and staff.
6. Monitor, clean, and organize the locker rooms, café seating areas, and safety equipment.
7. Report any equipment issues to management immediately.
8. Ensure first aid kits are fully stocked and accessible.
9. Report all incidents and injuries promptly to management.
10. Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the park.
Skills and Personal Attributes
* Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to think quickly, react calmly, and handle situations responsibly.
* First aid qualification is desirable; training can be provided.
