In this rewarding role, you’ll be a consistent point of contact for families, helping them navigate services, access charitable funding, and feel supported throughout their child’s care journey. You’ll work closely with multi-agency partners, maintain high-quality records, and uphold strong safeguarding practice. We’re looking for someone with experience supporting children and families, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while building positive professional relationships. A Level 3 qualification in Working with Parents (or equivalent) is essential.
Hours: 35 per week (Monday–Friday)
