Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Duties: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner -Liaise with guests during breakfast, which is on a self serve basis, staff would be expected to monitor stock and refill where necessary and clear dining area to an acceptable standard when guests have finished eating, eg. wash guests used cutlery and crockery. The right candidate would be confident in returning stock to its correct place. Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain office filing systems both physically and computerised - Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks - Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked Requirements: - Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative duties - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous - Professional phone etiquette and communication skills This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your organisational skills will be valued. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
