Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Lincolnshire.
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE to build relationships and assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, development, and investment matters.
* Support acquisitions and disposals, development work, and landlord and tenant matters across a broad range of commercial property areas.
* Gain exposure to complex, high‑value matters and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* 1 to 4 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of cases with confidence.
