Location: Site-based, primarily covering Lancashire with occasional support around Cumbria. Standard Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours, plus out-of-hours on-call.

This role is based on a Social Housing Tenanted property contract, working in both occupied and void properties. Your work will be varied and customer-focused, with support from our central team to plan your workload efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met while managing travel time. You'll see the positive impact of your skills on communities every day, within a secure, inclusive, and caring environment.
The work primarily involves Multi Trade tasks, with a strong emphasis on Joinery, ensuring properties meet livable standards. Your work will support our responsive repairs team, making your days varied and engaging.

Responsibilities and Experience
* Applicants with a Multi Trade background are encouraged to apply; joinery experience is essential. Tasks include repairing UPVC doors, windows, kitchen installations, and general maintenance.
* Basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering skills are desirable.
* Experience working in both tenanted and void properties is required.
* Ability to work from job tickets or a handheld device connected to a live system.
* Self-managed work approach, delivering excellent customer service in homes.
* Adherence to Health and Safety policies and standards.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
* A DBS check will be required.
About You
Ideally, you will have a joinery qualification and the ability to work across multiple trades. Further training in Health and Safety and other areas will be provided. The key qualities include taking responsibility, using initiative to solve problems, and completing tasks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
