Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. It is a newly opened bar and lounge. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
* Serve beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
* Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate billing records
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
* Prepare and serve a variety of drinks
* Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper handling of food and drinks
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences during busy periods
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work
* Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
* Good communication skills with a friendly demeanour and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
* Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required
* A genuine interest in delivering outstanding guest services with a positive approach to teamwork
