The Role
Working closely with the Site Management team, you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of large-scale residential developments, ensuring build quality, programme and health & safety standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Site Management team with the daily running of the development
2. Assisting with the management of subcontractors on site
3. Monitoring build quality and ensuring works are completed to specification
4. Supporting internal and external inspections, including NHBC stages
5. Helping to drive programme and ensure key targets are achieved
6. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed across site
7. Assisting with customer care, handovers and completions
8. Supporting the management of internal and external packages depending on experience
9. Maintaining accurate site records and progress reporting
Requirements
10. Previous experience within construction, ideally from a carpentry, bricklaying or general trades background
11. Traditional build residential experience would be advantageous
12. Ambition to progress into site management
13. Strong communication and organisational skills
