Overview
Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub Coordinator. This full-time role is based at the Chalfonts Hospital BCW Hub and is responsible for supporting the functioning of Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing (BCW) Hubs. The role supports the BCW Hub Manager with daily operations, coordinates activities and services, and provides a welcoming environment for all BCW Hub users.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities and services across BCW Hubs and support the BCW Hub Manager with daily operations.
* Direct resources effectively and support the coordination of student placements, work-based learning, work experience and volunteering processes.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster meaningful relationships and ensure residents can access BCW Hub services.
* Provide administrative support in data management, communications, reports, training and events.
* In the absence of the BCW Hub Manager, act as the main point of contact to ensure the smooth operation of the BCW Hubs.
Contributions & Governance
* Contribute to the successful performance of Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub.
* Ensure compliance with corporate governance structures in line with the principles and standards set out by the Trust, Academy and BCW Hub.
* Embed the Trust’s values and behaviours (CARE).
