Your new role
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing themercial aspects of a diverse project portfolio. Your work will span:
1. Apartment schemes
2. Education developments
3. New‑build industrial units
4. New‑build office blocks
5. Library refurbishments
You’ll enjoy a flexible working model, splitting your time between the office and on-site as needed. You’ll be trusted to run projects autonomously, while still having access to guidance when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring
6. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
7. Strongmercial awareness and the ability to manage costs effectively
8. Experience running projects independently
9. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
