What you'll do: A Project Manager for LTS that will be accountable for the delivery and financial control of the Aftermarket AAR programme, The successful candidate will have to navigate their cross functional team with very demanding customer. The success of this programme is instrumental to the success of the overall AAR business. Due to the size and significance of this programme there are dedicated weekly project reviews and monthly dedicated finance reviews, both presenting to Eaton MSDs Senior Leadership Team and weekly reviews with our customer. The LTS Project Manager will also play a key role in senior commercial discussions both with Eaton MSD and with our customer. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 Years Experience - Project Management Qualifications Desired Skills: - Demonstrate a wide and deep knowledge of Project Management - Degree qualified or equivalent experience - Hold a recognised Project Management qualification. - Experience of working in a matrix organisation - Demonstrated track record in achieving challenging milestones and budgets. - Demonstrated ability to create plans. - Familiar with MS Office applications and Microsoft Project - Be able to facilitate problem solving and gaining engagement in resolving day to day issues. - Understand, document, and manage risk.
