The role will Include:
1. Develop, calibrate, validate, maintain, and utilize models for root cause analysis, understanding system operation and performance, communicating risk, and supporting business needs.
2. Provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring for team members, demonstrating technical leadership and driving technical improvements within the team.
3. Prioritize health and safety in the delivery process and practices.
4. Proactively manage stakeholders and foster excellent internal networks across the organization.
5. Ensure the delivery of quality modeling outputs and instill confidence in the results. • Develop Total Expenditure (TOTEX) solutions to enhance outcomes.
6. Use modeling results to aid stakeholders in decision-making and recommend modeling approaches to support design teams.
7. Continuously challenge and seek opportunities to improve the technical quality and confidence of modeling outputs.
