Overview
We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of a surgical equipment portfolio across the West Midlands region. The role involves developing relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams to grow product adoption within NHS and private healthcare settings.
This is a theatre-focused sales role, supporting clinical teams and identifying opportunities to expand the use of surgical technologies across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales across a defined hospital territory
* Develop strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams
* Promote and sell a portfolio of surgical devices and equipment
* Support product use during procedures in operating theatres
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospital accounts
* Manage existing accounts while increasing product penetration
* Deliver training and product demonstrations to clinical teams
* Work towards achieving regional sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales forecasting
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in medical device or healthcare sales
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working within hospital theatre environments
* Ability to manage a territory independently
* Commercially driven with strong organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
