Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our service user with complex health needs in their own homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance, with the flexibility of working hours to suit you.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient care and support in accordance with individual care plans
* Assist with behavior management techniques
* Aid in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
* Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
* Provide person centred care with empathy, compassion, dignity and respect, always promoting independence and choice
Experience
* Prior experience in patient care preferred
* Proficiency in behavior management techniques
* Knowledge of medication administration protocols preferred
* Home care: 1 year (required)
Pay
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
