Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
* Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk
* Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting
* Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs
* Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests
* Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient
* Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
