1. Salary: £32,000 (based on experience) + £2,000 annual performance-driven bonus
2. Hours: Monday to Friday (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00)

What You’ll Do:
3. Be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly advice on vehicle servicing and repairs.
4. Coordinate service bookings, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the workshop team.
5. Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, and service plans, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
7. Work closely with the workshop and parts teams to keep operations running seamlessly and efficiently.
8. Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the dealership’s reputation for excellence.
