Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a temporary post- 3 months initially, 36 hours per week, with potential for extension. The Role: To provide administrative support within their Environmental Health Department, under the service unit of Health & Wellbeing. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Provide general administrative support to the service unit. Duties to include minute taking, booking meeting rooms and organising catering. Registering for events. Maintenance of email inboxes and taking calls. Maintaining contact lists. Resource sourcing and ordering stock. Assisting with intranet uodates. This role will also provide an opportunity to attend events in person and support the wider team. As such a full driving license for business purposes would be advantageous. Qualifications/ Experience: 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent. Relevant administrative experience to include; Dealing with the public by phone and in person. Word processing.
