Following the continued success of The NICI Bournemouth, we are proud to introduce The NICI Lymington — a brand-new luxury hotel inspired by the relaxed elegance of The Hamptons, set in a stunning New Forest coastal location.
We are now seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance the hotel’s beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring every arrival makes a lasting first impression.

The Role
As Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the hotel’s grounds, working to high standards of presentation, safety, and care. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining outdoor spaces that guests can truly enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain lawns, gardens, pathways, and landscaped areas

Carry out routine grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and seasonal tasks
*
Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

Support the wider maintenance and facilities team as required
