SEN Teaching Assistants - Surrey | Start Date: September 2025
Quantum Scholars are proud to be working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across Surrey, who are looking to appoint dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants from September 2025.

About the Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs)
* Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and resources to suit individual needs
* Supporting pupils in developing social skills, independence, and confidence
* Working closely with SENCOs, external professionals, and families as part of a holistic support team
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for supporting students with additional needs
* Empathy, resilience, and a calm, supportive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Prior experience with SEN is beneficial, but not essential - training and support will be provided
Requirements:
* You must have the right to work in the UK
* You must already be residing in the UK
