We are seeking a friendly Support Worker to join our Supported Living service in Southport that is situated on the outskirts of the town centre. You will be committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and well-being and the people we support are at the heart of everything we do!

More about the role
The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals. The person supported at this service is looking for a Support Worker who shares their hobbies and interests. Due to the needs of the service, we are seeking a Female* who holds a valid UK Driving Licence and would support this person accessing their local community. The people we support at this service enjoy going swimming, horse-riding and attending dance classes.
*This vacancy is advertised in line with Sub Paragraph 1, Schedule 9 of The Equality Act 2010 as there is an occupational requirement.
* You do not need to have access to your own car, as you will be able to drive our company car.
