We are partnering with an internationally renowned ultra-luxury fashion house to appoint an experienced Arabic-speaking Client Advisor for one of its most prestigious locations within a globally recognised luxury department store in London. This is a high-profile concession, attracting an international and VIC clientele, and plays a key role in the brand’s global performance.
Working within a fast-paced and competitive luxury environment, this role requires a commercially driven and service-focused individual who can deliver exceptional client experiences while building long-term relationships with a discerning global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance
Drive individual sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets within a high-volume luxury environment.
Identify opportunities to maximise each client interaction, elevating cross-selling and multi-category sales.
Actively contribute to the overall success of the concession through strong commercial awareness.
Client Experience & Clienteling
Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience in line with the standards of a world-class department store.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with VIC, HNW, and international clients, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking clientele.
Proactively manage a client book, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty through strategic clienteling.
Brand Representation
Act as a true ambassador for the brand, embodying its values, heritage, and positioning at all times.
Maintain impeccable personal presentation and a deep understanding of the brand’s collections and storytelling.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a high-performing and service-led environment.
Support colleagues on the shop floor, contributing to a positive and results-driven team culture.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, including CRM, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain the highest standards of store presentation in line with luxury expectations.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience within luxury fashion retail, ideally within a flagship or department store concession.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with the ability to confidently engage an international clientele.
Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and working within a KPI-driven environment.
Highly skilled in clienteling, with the ability to build and retain a loyal, high-value client base.
A natural relationship builder with a refined, service-led approach and strong cultural awareness.
Experience working with VIC and HNW clients is highly advantageous.
