We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday. The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza's, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery. As Sous Chef, we are looking for someone who can be part of the kitchen leadership team and manage across various kitchen sections.
