You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of planners, architects, and masterplanners working on some of the most ambitious and transformative urban extensions, new towns, and regeneration schemes in the country. The Role As a Senior Associate Masterplanner, you will: Take a leading role in the design and delivery of large-scale masterplans and strategic projects Drive the narrative and conceptual framework of each project through compelling text, visuals, and planning documentation Prepare high-quality outputs including vision documents, design and access statements, feasibility studies, and design codes Work closely with planning colleagues to ensure all designs align with policy and guidance Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and design teams through site visits, meetings, and presentations Contribute to the broader profile of the practice through marketing content, presentations, and thought leadership About You The successful candidate will bring: 8-10 years of masterplanning experience in a consultancy or similar setting A strong design background with the ability to think at both macro and micro scales Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects from concept to submission Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to craft a compelling project narrative A collaborative mindset with a passion for sustainable, community-centred design High proficiency in industry-standard tools and techniques for urban design and masterplanning Why Join?
