Peace Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation based in the Stirling area who are looking for a Work Planner/Scheduler on a 3–6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to keep things running smoothly. The role is office-based, 5 days per week, and for the right person, there could be the potential for it to become permanent. The role: * Plan and schedule housing property work, including repairs, maintenance, voids, and investment projects. * Be the friendly first point of contact for tenants and service users. * Track work progress, update systems, and provide reports. * Coordinate with staff, contractors, and external partners to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. * Support the team in meeting deadlines and statutory obligations. You’ll need: * Experience using data systems and scheduling or programming work. * Knowledge of building trade terminology. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Comfortable managing large datasets and reporting on performance.
