The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced tutors and will take responsibility for the academic progress, behaviour and welfare of students in the year group as they progress through the school, overseeing the transition from Year 6 and taking a cohort from Year 7 through to Year 8. The role provides significant opportunities to develop and share excellent practice in supporting staff and students and is well suited to those with aspirations towards senior leadership. We are looking for an inspirational teacher and leader with a pro-active approach and excellent communication skills. As Achievement Leader, you will have a strategic role working alongside middle and senior leaders to maximise student achievement.
