Engineering Design Manager
Salary Range: £45,000 to £55,000

The Opportunity:
As an Engineering Design Manager, you'll play a key role in:
1. Maintain existing designs, revision, managing new product integration, and steering site development projects to support growth.
2. Owning the technical documentation and compliance process, ensuring all systems meet rigorous international standards.
3. Providing hands-on support with complex CAD projects, while also offering oversight and mentorship to a growing design team.
4. Driving structural design and analysis, numerical modelling, and liaising with notified bodies and international technical committees.
5. Managing the commissioning of manufacturing equipment and taking ownership of construction-related engineering initiatives.
