Job title: Expeditor Description Our client is a leading global expert in the provision of technical services and solutions in the energy and infrastructure sector, operating in several jurisdictions around the world. The Role The Expeditor will be responsible for: * Strengthening order execution, accuracy, and communication across projects and workshop operations. * Ensuring material orders are placed accurately, monitored proactively, and updated in a timely manner to support project schedules and long-term customer commitments. * Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Workshop teams to align requirements with engineering and project delivery dates. * Maintaining accurate ERP data, to ensure supplier delivery dates are reliable, and expediting critical orders to avoid disruption. * Ensuring no order goes unmonitored and risks are managed early to provide clear and timely visibility of material status, for the purpose of driving communication and escalation when necessary to ensure all stakeholders have reliable and timely information.
