Our client in a Law Firm based in Manchester. This role is mainly remote with odd travel to the office. This is a 9 month Test Lead contract.
Job Description
This is a hands on Lead role. You will be manually testing as well as managing a team of 6 testers who are coming over on a secondment. You will be testing their Proclaim CMS systems.Day to day will include:1) Test Planning: Develop a comprehensive test plan, including unit/module, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies.2) Test Case Development: Oversee the creation of test cases and test scripts that align with business requirements and system specifications.3) Test Environment Management: Ensure that test environments are properly configured and available for testing activities.4) Test Execution: Manage the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough testing across all system components.5) Defect Management: Track and manage defects identified during testing, working with developers and the project team to ensure timely resolution.6) Test Reporting: Provide regular reports on testing progress, including the number of test cases executed, passed, failed, and any defects found.
The Successful Applicant
Must haves:
3. Legal or CMS experience
4. Worked as a Test Lead in a small organisation
5. Strong with data and reporting - this will be done daily
