As a Process Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the production facility — ensuring all products are made to the company's rigorous quality and safety standards.
Location: Brandon Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 18:00 Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities Follow detailed recipes and procedures to manufacture cosmetic products, ensuring every batch meets the company's strict quality specifications
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving raw materials
Conduct visual and physical quality checks throughout production
Follow production schedules and achieve daily and weekly output targets
Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, adhering to all health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
Report any equipment faults or production issues to the shift supervisor
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient operations
What We're Looking For Previous experience in a production, factory, or manufacturing environment (cosmetic or chemical manufacturing experience desirable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the fixed day-shift pattern
