Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant
You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
We are looking to cover 8 hours per week, Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months. This seasonal contract will end on 04/01/2026. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The stores that we are looking to hire for are Woking.

The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who makes the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day needs of the store.
Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you’ll confidently connect with customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations: You’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service in a busy environment.
* Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
* Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
* Wrap gifts creatively, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards

Important notes
* Contracts end on 04/01/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, including weekends and holiday periods. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, during this busy period no annual leave will be approved.
