Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and integration of SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, Logistics, CAR, and BW.
* Confidently engage with senior business leaders and Enterprise Architects to align IT strategy with commercial goals.
* Drive architectural decisions with minimal oversight, taking responsibility for the full solution lifecycle.
* Translate complex technical options into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
* Work closely with the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functional IT teams to ensure best practices and system integrity.
Experience required
* Proven track record as a Solution Architect with deep knowledge across the core SAP suite (Finance, Supply Chain, and Analytics).
* Previous experience working within large-scale retail systems or complex healthcare distribution environments is highly preferable.
* Ability to present multiple solution options, highlighting risks, costs, and benefits for different organisational audiences.
* A "hands-on" architectural approach with a focus on creating documentation and frameworks that enable delivery teams to succeed.
