Our client has been providing independent financial advice to individual and corporate clients since the 1990s. Due to ongoing success, they require a further Paraplanner.

Role and Responsibilities
* Responsible for all paperwork, meeting preparation, and activities for a dedicated list of private clients.
* Provide research support and solutions to the Financial Planning team.
* Prepare compliant advice reports, letters, and recommendations.
* Liaise with the Financial Planner and Investment Team to provide recommendations and solutions.
* Ensure all recommendations meet company standards.
* Complete calculations such as carry forward, Inheritance Tax, CGT, etc.
* Ensure timely preparation of content and identify planning requirements for annual PSA review meetings.
* Attend client meetings with the adviser and complete detailed meeting file notes.
* Prepare and present cash flow models to clients using Voyant software.
* Assist with the preparation and review of compliance documentation.
* Attend weekly task meetings with advisers to provide updates on ongoing cases.
* Participate in bi-weekly team meetings to review and agree on priorities and workloads.
* Peer review and assist with training of trainee team members.
* Complete own CPD within an agreed Training & Competence programme.
* Continuously improve knowledge and skills via professional qualifications.
* Assist the financial planning administrator as needed, especially for more complex cases, involving tasks such as:
o Liaising directly with clients and product providers.
o Managing new business through to completion.
o Conducting LOA research and reporting.
o Handling client queries and post-meeting tasks.
o Ensuring the administrator has all necessary information for preparing new business and reporting documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar paraplanning role.
* A 'Can-do' attitude.
* Salary up to £50,000, negotiable based on experience.
* Minimum Level 4 qualification.
* Experience working as a paraplanner for HNW private clients.
* Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Xplan, PowerPoint.
* Strong working knowledge of Voyant (cash flow modelling tool).
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Hybrid working arrangement, two days from home.
