An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Support Administrator to join a growing wealth management practice.
Working closely with a Financial Adviser and partner of the firm, this is a key role providing high-level administrative and operational support while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. The position will suit a proactive and technically capable individual with a strong understanding of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.
You will support the adviser across the full client lifecycle, from new business processing through to ongoing servicing and client review preparation. The successful candidate will be confident managing workflows independently while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Managing the end-to-end new business process from application through to completion
• Preparing client documentation including review packs, illustrations, and compliance paperwork
• Ensuring files meet regulatory standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining a professional, responsive service
• Liaising with providers and third parties
• Managing adviser diaries, client review scheduling, and pipeline tracking
• Supporting junior administrators where required
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a financial services administration role
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection products
• Knowledge of the UK tax framework including CGT and IHT
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
