FP&A Manager £75,-£80,
My client is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their business. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to join the team and contribute to ongoing success.
Its very advantageous if you have experience in the retail sector or a working for a consumer brand, within a finance capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
* Analyse financial performance, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
* Partner with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of financial goals.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
* Identify key trends and risks
* Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and close
* Business partner with key stakeholders in the business, both in the UK and internationally
* Support and collaborate with the team
Additional Requirements for the Role
* Fully qualified in ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within SaaS- based tech businesses, consumer or retail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies, retail, consumer products, and / or media preferred
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
