I’m working on behalf of an established and growing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a high-performing team during an exciting phase of strategic evolution.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on building impactful strategies, driving team success, and aligning marketing with broader business objectives.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead department-wide planning across brand, digital, content, and performance marketing.
* Mentor and develop a talented marketing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Set and monitor KPIs and targets aligned with wider business goals.
* Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend effectively, and track return on investment.
* Lead internal processes, marketing tech stack, and tools to ensure efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align strategies and priorities.
* Own and evolve brand strategy, including tone of voice, positioning, and messaging.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
* Report performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
👤 What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years of experience across the full marketing mix, with senior leadership exposure.
* A proven track record of leading teams and strategic marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing complex campaigns and delivering measurable results.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to align marketing with business priorities.
* Confident communicator and natural collaborator with stakeholders at all levels.
💷 Salary & Working Arrangement:
