About the role
I am accountable for the promotion, facilitation, maturity, delivery and impact of Process Experience globally across designated Functions internal and external to TBS to build a sustainable CI/OpEx and Process maturity and culture delivering tangible direct and indirect benefits as well as improvements in Customer, Supplier and Colleague experience.
You will be responsible for
* Accountable for building capability in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management in Tesco colleagues globally across designated Value Chain Functions
* Accountable for the WL2/WL1 Consultants globally across GPX team
* Accountable for internal income/cross charging/external revenue and CI benefits approval and sign off
You will need
* Internal or external operations consulting delivery
* Lean Six Sigma Programme and Project work, Leadership and manager coaching of Lean Six Sigma projects
* How to use Change Management methodologies and techniques when deploying change
* Cost transformation analysis and design solutions
* Experience in Design Thinking and best to utilize this in different environments
* Coaching of Teams, Managers & Leaders in Lean & Change Management in large organizations
* Deploying/supporting deployment of Behavioral Change programmes in large organizations
* Influencing at all levels with regards to initiating and deploying change Lean, Six Sigma & Change Managment Qualifications desireable
