About The Role
In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for residents as well as maintaining accurate medication records.
Drawing on your clinical experience, you will provide support, guidance, and assistance to the team. By building strong relationships with community partners, you will help strengthen the HC-One brand and enhance the care home’s profile. As a Clinical Services Manager, you’ll ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and may provide out-of-hours cover when required.
HC-One is looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-led care planning within a care home is essential. You should be willing to coach, guide, and support your team, including delivering formal and informal training. A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development is required.
You should be a compassionate and caring leader, able to motivate and mentor your team. Respectful and courteous, you will strive for continuous professional growth and excellence.
