The agency has offices nationwide and recruits for both permanent and temporary positions, ranging from TAs to Head Teachers.
Job Specification
1. A full 360 recruitment role: identify, win, and develop business in the Liverpool area.
2. Conduct face-to-face visits with SEND schools.
3. Resource and interview candidates.
4. Write detailed and attractive job adverts and manage responses.
Person Specification
1. Proven background in Education Recruitment.
2. Strong business development skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
3. Sales-oriented.
4. Ability to work in a busy and targeted environment.
Qualifications
Educated to A-level standard.
