Customer Delivery Driver – Bristol E Extra
Join Tesco as a Customer Delivery Driver in Bristol. We are looking for drivers who are friendly, reliable and eager to provide outstanding service to customers on the road.
Pay: Starts from £13.35 an hour; £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours: Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for part‑time work (minimum 12 hours).
Availability windows – you will be scheduled to work within the following times (3‑week notice given):
* Sunday: 14:00–23:00
* Monday: 16:00–23:00
* Friday: 19:00–23:00
* Saturday: 19:00–23:00
Driving skills: Must hold a full UK/EU/EEA licence (full or automatic) with no more than 3 penalty points, for at least 12 months.
Responsibilities
* Clean and organise van, trays, and loading area.
* Ensure the van is road‑worthy and kept tidy, including removing rubbish and litter.
* Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
* Load the van as required and monitor roadworthiness.
* Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.
* Handle products responsibly, treating them as your own.
* Deliver within the agreed time slots.
* Call customers before arrival if they are early.
* Contact the store or centre if you are 30 minutes late or more.

* Energetic, driven, and passionate about delivering high service standards.
* Team player who values sharing ideas and improving service.
* Valid UK/EU/EEA full or automatic driving licence, 12+ months, ≤3 penalty points.
