You will lead the people agenda through the next phase of scale, building a high‑performance, commercially aligned organisation that positions them as a market‑leading employer in their field. Operating in a PE‑backed environment, this role is accountable for driving performance, attracting and retaining top talent, and building scalable, fit‑for‑growth people practices.
Key Responsibilities
* People Performance Excellence: Design and embed simple, transparent performance and reward frameworks that drive excellence, enable clear career pathways, and support continuous coaching, feedback, and merit‑based progression.
* Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand: Build a compelling employee value proposition and market the organisation as a destination employer through innovative recruitment strategies, exceptional candidate experience, and strong talent partnerships.
* Talent Retention & Culture: Shape a high‑performing workplace culture through targeted engagement initiatives, competitive benefits, meaningful development opportunities, and environments where top performers thrive.
* HR Excellence: Create a high‑performing HR function, ensuring best‑practice policies, full compliance, effective employee relations, and trusted people leadership support across the organisation.
