We're looking for a Food & Beverage Server to join our Food & Beverage team at Stoke Lodge Hotel
The shifts available are 7.30am-12pm & 5.30pm-10pm. Approximately 12-16 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and take orders
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
* Ensure accurate delivery of order
* Maintain a clean and orderly service area
* Provide recommendations to guests
* Provide an excellent guest experience
* Prepare station and restaurant/bar for service and clean down post-service
* Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
* Adhere to health and safety standards
Skills / Qualifications:
* Previous experience in hospitality is required; preferably in a hotel setting
* Knowledge of food safety practices and basic maths skills
* Attention to detail and thoroughness
* Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
We are a family-run hotel in Stoke Fleming with exciting plans to develop our product and guest experience. Leaving careers in five-star hotels in London, Myles and Alex moved to the area and acquired Stoke Lodge Hotel at the end of 2023.
