Working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, you will manage a varied caseload and play a vital role in supporting children and young people through the Education, Health and Care process. What you will do:
* Manage a caseload of SEND and EHC cases from initial request through to review
* Coordinate Education, Health and Care needs assessments in line with statutory timescales
* Draft, amend, and finalise EHC plans in collaboration with families and professionals
* Act as the main point of contact for parents, carers, young people, and partner agencies
* Arrange and support annual reviews and phase transfers to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
* Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory processes
* Experience of EHC plans and multi-agency working
* Excellent organisational and case management skills
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
