Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate international shipments (import/export)
* Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
* Handle shipping documentation including customs requirements
* Track shipments and resolve any operational issues proactively
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Support operational planning, pricing, and quotations
About You
* Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
* Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments
* Excellent communication skills
