What will I be doing: As a Cyber Analyst, you’ll play a key role in investigating cyber operations and communicating with customers about how Darktrace positively impacts their businesses. Your day-to-day will include: Using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools to investigate alerts and produce reports. Monitoring network traffic for unusual patterns and identifying threat trends. Assessing risks and implementing straightforward security measures. Researching emerging threats and phishing techniques to help customers stay protected. Answering basic customer queries via email or chat with clear, simple responses. Sharing knowledge internally and externally, including writing technical blog posts. Representing Analyst work and cybersecurity principles confidently in customer-facing engagements.
