Serving up to 450 covers on busy days, the restaurant forms part of a successful and expanding group with two established sites and a third opening next year. We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for Spanish flavours and tapas-style cooking, eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team.
