About the Role
* Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that's saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
* Facilitate great conversations confidently through the channel of choice, supporting our members in branch, over the phone, and with their online accounts.
* Enjoy the freedom to do what's right, without sales targets.
Here at YBS, no two branches are the same. Each has its own characteristics that make working there special. The Whitby branch has an experienced team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service as we grow our presence within Whitby and the wider community.
No working day in branch is ever the same. You will assist customers as they walk in, support with digital queries, and help with account opening or changes across channels. We are passionate about engaging with the local community and delivering outreach educational sessions for adults and children.
The Whitby branch is conveniently located near shopping facilities, with free parking and good train and bus links.
