We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a stable and steadily growing SaaS business in Brighton within the Client Services Team. This Customer Success Manager role focuses on building strong relationships through account management, ensuring customer success in terms of ROI.
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Ownership of a portfolio of approximately 15-20 clients, including both new and existing accounts.
2. Managing the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding, understanding client sectors, and maximizing available services.
3. Building long-lasting client relationships through video calls, face-to-face meetings, and regular communication via phone and email.
4. Collaborating internally with campaign managers and technical teams to ensure campaign success for your clients.
Skills & experience required:
* Proven B2B Account Management experience.
* Commercially astute with the ability to understand the full sales cycle, client sectors, targets, and ROI.
* Ideally, understanding marketing channels and how they are used by clients.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a basic salary of £35,000 plus quarterly commissions and other incentives.
