Hotel Lounge and Bar Manager – Narberth – £32,000
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Bar and Lounge Manager who has a genuine passion for spirits and delivering an exemplary experience to guests.

A successful candidate will ideally have:
• A true passion for local, regional and world spirits and extensive knowledge of cocktails.
• Experience of working within a 5 Red Star Hotel, or fine dining establishments.
• Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills.
• Brilliant team player able to lead by example on the floor.
• A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and effectively.
• Immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.
