Support apprentices in developing both technical and professional skills. Plan, assess, and review learning programmes aligned with apprenticeship standards. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Your ability to inspire and mentor apprentices will be key to their success. Essential Experience: Industrial/vocational experience in engineering industry (for experienced applicants). Desired Experience: Teaching or training experience (not essentialtraining will be provided). Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and curriculum planning. Qualifications: Level 4 qualification minimum in electrical and electronic, Physics or Maths. Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
